Eric was finally released from the hospital a week ago today - after 8 days - only to find out his job dropped their insurance coverage for lack of enrollment - unbeknownst to us, so I have put Nadine in charge of finding finacial help and perscriptions are way too expensive - so we just chose the steriods and the oxygen - since he's on that 24/7.
We went up to Nadine's on Sunday afternoon, that has sort of become a tradition, since we don't get up there as a family much anymore. Daniel loves the attention he gets up there and Tipper and Missy wear each other out and Simon gets passed around alot too, leaving a rested and relaxing Conference for Vince and me.
I have been knitting Simon booties for his sealing/blessing. I used sport weight yarn to make them larger - but they still look small on him. Oh well, another memory about our big baby!
Daniel started after-school club or as he calls it "homework club". He loved it last year and it really is nice not to have to worry about him from the time school's out til Vince gets home. Now he gets out at 4:30 4 days a week and homework is done and we're not fighting to get it done before bedtime.
Simon cut his first tooth this weekend - He was crawling (not really) and grabbed my toe and bit it! His 2nd tooth feels like it has broke the skin just this evening. Daniel didn't get his first tooth til he was 11 months old, so we're in for a new experience here.
